Working collaboratively with the Sunshine Coast Screen Collective, we aim to connect developers, educators, and industry partners to build a sustainable, inclusive ecosystem that celebrates creativity and drives regional prosperity.

• Building a connected ecosystem through regular meetups, events, and a coordinated communication strategy.
• Advocating for the establishment of a dedicated space for game development on the Sunshine Coast, including high-speed internet access and co-working opportunities.
• Creating pathways for talent development via internships, professional upskilling, and a regional talent directory.
• Defining the region’s unique value proposition (USP) to attract studios, talent, and investment.
• Supporting local developers navigate the business of games, including publishing connections, marketing, and tailored workshops.
• The group will act as a bridge between local developers, government, education, and industry enablers - ensuring alignment, amplifying opportunities, and fostering a collaborative, sustainable future for game development on the Sunshine Coast.
